Our Maori Carving is unveiled!!

Today we had a lovely ceremony to bless our new Maori carving in the native bush Garden . The carving looks amazing in its new home. It will be a guardian for our Environment. We had students from the Senior school, Worm and Garden Teams and also MrsJeffery's class. Pohaere Knight led a blessing, followed by student Wiata and Haka. The Carver Trevor Nathan explained the significance of the design. Thanks to the Board of Trustees for their support and also Mrs Woon for all her effort in pursuing this fantastic outcome. We love our new carving.
